Noreen (Billie) Agnes Brown was born in 1929 at Yalgoo, Western Australia, to parents Lindsay and Margaret (Nell) Brown. Billie married Albert (Alan) WAINWRIGHT and they had six children. Nell, who lived with her second husband, Hawley, at Mount Barker, was visiting Billie in Perth when Nell died on 12 January 1971.


Billie and Albert had six children.
